Service update: As of May 19th 15h00, some of our cloud services are experiencing performance issues. As a result, some users (in particular EMIS users) may have experienced issues such as slow-loading screens or recall disruptions. We have taken steps to resolve this as quickly as possible - services shall have resumed to normal at about 15h45.
